Sea Salt, a Venetian inspired restaurant on Third Street in Olde Naples, invites its guests to their upcoming cooking class with Executive Chef Josh Zeman on Sunday, February 28th at noon. This is the kickoff event for the restaurant’s monthly cooking demo series of 2021 and parts of the proceeds will be donated to St. Matthews House. Guests have the opportunity to watch executive chef Zeman over his shoulders and learn insights on how to prepare the following dishes:
Blue Crab & Boursin stuffed Jumbo Prawns
Swordfish au Poivre
Cost: $65 per person includes the demonstration, lunch, a glass of wine, tax & gratuity.
The 90-minute class begins at 12 Noon.
